More than one location? On Élite, each additional location adds COP 50.000/month. Mía adds COP 20.000/month for each location where you turn her on.
Adding Mía or locations during a billing period is prorated and paid before activation. If the amount is below COP1,500, that adjustment is free. Removing Mía or a location takes effect at the next renewal.

Mía answers your customers on WhatsApp. Phone calls are not included. This add-on is the receptionist for your customers. Other AI tools remain included according to your plan.
* Automated notification allowances remain included in each plan. Mía replies and manual messages do not use those credits. Meta charges for your own number are separate (see ***).
** Marketing AI (Élite) prepares and sends your campaigns from your own WhatsApp Business number, up to 500 messages per month. Meta charges each delivered message (≈ US$0.0125 in Colombia) to the card on your Meta account; Acomply adds nothing on top. Without a payment method in Meta, campaigns do not go out.
*** Mía replies from your own WhatsApp Business number. On your own number, from October 1, 2026 Meta gives 1,000 free replies per month per number (from Mía or your team) and charges for the ones above 1,000 (≈ US$0.0008 per message in Colombia). If your Meta account has no payment method, Meta delivers the first 1,000 of the month and stops delivering the rest until the next month. If you are going to pass 1,000, you have two options: register your own card in your Meta account, and Meta bills you directly; or add Acomply as a financial partner in your Meta account and we use Acomply's card. With option 2, what Meta charges for those messages is not included in your plan: we bill it separately with your next payment, with the month's usage detail. It is set up from a computer, not a phone, and we help you do it.

Does it work if I run my barbershop alone?
Yes. Esencial is for one professional, Maestro supports up to 5 and Élite supports unlimited professionals. The Mía receptionist is optional on every plan for an additional COP 20,000/month.
Can my WhatsApp get blocked?
No. We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and never clone numbers. Your account stays protected.
