Adding Mía or locations during a billing period is prorated and paid before activation. If the amount is below COP1,500, that adjustment is free. Removing Mía or a location takes effect at the next renewal.

** Marketing AI (Élite) prepares and sends your campaigns from your own WhatsApp Business number, up to 500 messages per month. Meta charges each delivered message (≈ US$0.0125 in Colombia) to the card on your Meta account; Acomply adds nothing on top. Without a payment method in Meta, campaigns do not go out.
*** Mía replies from your own WhatsApp Business number. On your own number, from October 1, 2026 Meta gives 1,000 free replies per month per number (from Mía or your team) and charges for the ones above 1,000 (≈ US$0.0008 per message in Colombia). If your Meta account has no payment method, Meta delivers the first 1,000 of the month and stops delivering the rest until the next month. If you are going to pass 1,000, you have two options: register your own card in your Meta account, and Meta bills you directly; or add Acomply as a financial partner in your Meta account and we use Acomply's card. With option 2, what Meta charges for those messages is not included in your plan: we bill it separately with your next payment, with the month's usage detail. It is set up from a computer, not a phone, and we help you do it.

The receptionist for your customers on WhatsApp: she answers, books, reschedules and cancels appointments. Phone calls are not included. Meta charges are separate. Marketing, analytics, AI Looks and other tools keep their existing plan inclusions.

Not if you exclude them. Before you turn Mía on, you choose who she must never reply to: family, friends, suppliers or any personal chat on your number. Those messages still reach your WhatsApp and you answer them yourself, as always; Mía stays silent. You can add or remove contacts whenever you like.
Yes. Your plan sets team capacity: Esencial, 1 professional; Maestro, up to 5; Élite, unlimited professionals. Mía is optional on all three. Monthly prices are COP79,900 without Mía or COP99,900 with Mía for Maestro, and COP99,900 or COP119,900 for Élite. Élite includes one location; each additional location is COP50,000 and Mía is COP20,000 per location monthly.
We help you set up services, opening hours and your booking website. The trial includes Mía at your first location, and we help connect WhatsApp. You decide whether to keep her at your first payment.
You can stop automatic renewal or contact us for help. You keep the period you already paid for; removing Mía or a location takes effect at the next renewal. On Apple or Google, a plan change follows the store’s timing: when removing Mía, she stays until your previous paid period ends. After expiry, you can check your payments and manage renewal.
Your data is yours. We comply with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data — Colombia's data protection law), encrypt the information, and only send marketing messages to customers who have given explicit consent. You can export or delete your data anytime.
No. We use the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). We don't clone numbers or operate in gray areas. Your account and your customers' accounts are protected and comply with the platform's rules.
Yes. Esencial still supports one professional. It costs COP 49,900/month without Mía or COP 69,900 with the receptionist. You do not need to upgrade to Maestro just to add Mía.
Élite includes the first location for COP 99,900/month. Each additional location adds COP 50,000; Mía adds COP 20,000 per enabled location. Two locations cost COP 149,900 without Mía, COP 169,900 with Mía at one, or COP 189,900 with Mía at both. One account and one bill.
No. You keep your current price and benefits, including Mía if she is already part of your subscription.
No. If you know how to send an audio on WhatsApp, you know how to use Acomply. We help you with the initial setup in a 30-minute call, and from then on everything runs from your phone.
It doesn't invent data. The AI Receptionist only confirms hours and appointments that exist in your calendar — every confirmation comes from the system, not the AI. The Analyst assistant answers only with data from your account; if it doesn't know something, it says so.
